57 Darling Point Rd, Darling Point is listed in an expressions of interest campaign.
A neo-Gothic mansion designed by one of Australia’s most famous architects, Edmund Blackett, has hits the market in time for spring.
Billed as “The Darling of Darling Point” in its beragampengetahuan.com.au listing, the grand residence at 57 Darling Point Rd is listed with Alison Coopes of Agency by Alison Coopes.
Coopes says it’s no surprise there’s already strong interest north of $15m in one of the largest most unique homes in the Darling Point market as it heads to its expressions of interest deadline on September 20 at 1pm.
Property records show it’s owned by David Kleindyk, director of Harley Health, and his wife, Mia Feasey, the founder and CEO of Siren Design Group, who bought it for $5,651,000 in 2015.
Says Mia: “From the moment we first entered this house we felt like we were home — a large country house situated in the city, peaceful, light and homely.
“I have owned and run a large interior architecture firm for over 20 years and have put all my experience of working with modern interiors with special architecture into this house.”
