Weather Madness – Weekly Highlights for April 22 to 28 – Beragampengetahuan
This week will start quiet but will get more active later in the week as the next storm moves into the Plains. Prior to that, a cold front will move across the Great Lakes and Northeast and bring another shot of cold weather to that area. Even some snow will fall across the Northern Great Lakes into the Northeast Wednesday.
The storm that comes into the Plains will be a severe storm producer from Thursday into Friday. A secondary storm will develop Saturday and that storm will bring severe weather across the southern Plains Saturday. The Rockies and Front Range will see more snow late in the week and weekend. The heaviest snows will be from Denver North into Wyoming again.
Severe Weather: Typical spring storms will develop in the Plains Thursday and Friday. A storm will develop across western Nebraska late Thursday and the dry line will push into the High Plains and that means supercells will develop late Thursday and again Friday in the Mississippi Valley. There is a tornado threat as well as damaging winds and large hail.
