Urban Living At Leafy New Development In Sydney’s Hills District – Beragampengetahuan

Veue Central is the latest stage of billion-dollar project The Orchards in Sydney’s Norwest – a fusion of natural landscapes, elegant modern apartments and convenient connection to city.

The Orchards Norwest by Sekisui House Australia is a masterplanned development with a thoughtfully cultivated sense of community, and its fourth stage, Veue Central, is the largest to date.

Stylish, chic, modern living is on offer at Veue Central.

Construction is currently underway on the luxury apartment building, by award-winning Westbourne Constructions, and is set for 2026 completion.

Earlier stages at The Orchards – Imperial, Aire, Lumia and Lumia Lux – have proven successful with home buyers, delivering contemporary residences that revives the connection between apartment living and natural environment.

Buyer demand from near and far

David Lee, Apartments and Mixed-Use Developments Sales Manager at Sekisui House Australia, says a diverse mix of buyers have shown interest in The Orchards – including South-East Asian investors and a large number from closer to home.

Lee says projects in the Hills shire often target locals, focusing on potential purchasers within a 5km radius, but the development’s appeal spreads beyond immediate bounds.

“With The Orchards Norwest, we’ve sold to buyers from around 120 suburbs across New South Wales.”

He says there are extended families that have chosen to buy multiple apartments throughout various stages, further enhancing a sense of community.

Sophisticated design and amenities

Veue Central offers carefully crafted amenities, exceptional design quality and sustainable features, along with easy to access green spaces and urban centres.

Residents can enjoy stage-specific amenities as well as the wider development’s shared amenities, such as an outdoor cinema, lap pool, 1.4 hectare community park, and community concierge.

Your health and wellness is a top priority at Veue Central, with amenities to help you achieve both.

Organic architecture in collaboration with Crone Architects fosters deep respect for the Australian landscape while honouring the striking simplicity of Japanese aesthetics and embracing up-to-date, eco-friendly design features.

The craftsmanship of a vertical green “spine” and central greenery core provided for internal recreation connects Veue Central to surrounding parklands and the picturesque creek found to the west of The Orchards Norwest.

Lee says a number of apartments come with the “max” flex. Max apartments have been designed with a multi-functional additional living space. The feature has proven popular now more buyers work from home post Covid.

“Size-wise, it has to be similar to that of a bedroom, so a lot of our max spaces are internally 8 to 9 square metres, which are similar size net space of our bedrooms. You can use it as a bedroom, work from home study, nursery, or multipurpose room.”

Space has not been compromised at Veue Central, with efficient and effective use of space creating a sense of openness.

Optional interior schemes offer an array of diverse materials and tonal finishes. With a future-conscious responsible design focus, energy efficiency is optimised, and the resident carpark provides charging for electric vehicles.

The wellness centre includes a gymnasium and indoor swimming pool that connect to landscaped gardens. An adjacent communal function centre can hold up to 100 guests for special events.

Great location

Set in Norwest in Sydney’s Hill District, the setting was carefully chosen because it offers incredible vistas and natural beauty while remaining close to business and employment opportunities.

Cycle tracks, walkways, creeks, green gardens and playgrounds enable The Orchards Norwest residents to feel nestled in nature, while still in close proximity to transport options that allow for easy access to the CBD, Hills District, and rest of Sydney.

No matter which way your apartment faces, there are spectacular views from every angle.

The north overlooks Castle Hill Country Club, south-facing apartments enjoy Norwest Lakes serenity, while to the west lie the Blue Mountains. Floor to ceiling glazing captures panoramic views, upper levels enjoying oversized balconies

With good schools, hospitality, retail and entertainment options on hand, this fast-growing locale is a dynamic place to live. The area offers fun family-oriented activities that can even include a visit to the nearby Koala Park Sanctuary.

The benefits of buying now

Selected one-bedroom max and two-bedroom apartments in The Orchards Norwest are currently available with a simple 1% deposit.

“We’re finding that a lot of empty nesters are needing to sell their properties as their equity is tied up with their homes, so this helps them,” says Lee.

“The average price of a two-bedroom “max” apartment is $1.2 million. Instead of having that $120,000 initially, they can pay 1%, and the 10% is deferred. At the moment we have it approved for end of March.”

Sekisui House Australia is also offering free premium upgrades for selected apartments that will appeal to owner-occupiers, young families and downsizers alike.

“The two upgrades offered for the apartments are a premium kitchen that includes a stone splashback, integrated fridge and an upgraded oven (think pizza bake and self-cleaning function), as well as an upgraded cooktop,” says Lee.

Lee says buyers are proving a diverse mixture of ages and nationalities. From teen first home buyers purchasing with parental help to young families and downsizers, the large range of product types caters to buyer needs.
