Doncaster East: Resort-like home with large tennis court and luxe home cinema hits the market – Beragampengetahuan

The home contains a large tennis court fit for a future Ash Barty.

A Doncaster East mansion hitting the market for the first time in a quarter of a century has hit with a $3.3m-$3.5m price tag.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 66 Deep Creek Drive was built by current owners Corey and Margaret Meagher, who have now raised their family and are ready to pass the baton.

The couple say the resort-like home has been a wonderful place to live, as it has all the modern conveniences a family could want, including a theatre, gym and tennis court.

“We moved in with our young family in the late ’90s; the kids were in primary school and it served as a fantastic home for dual living,” Corey Meagher says.

He and his wife recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and, having lived in the suburb for all of their married life, plan to downsize locally.

Despite the block’s impressive dimensions, the garden is low maintenance.

Zed Real Estate Hampton East’s Angel DPaul says the property has many appealing features.

Her favourite part of the home is the “serene” green view out to the tennis court, which is accentuated by frameless glass doors, remarking that the home still feels new thanks to a timeless aesthetic.

The large bedrooms and different living spaces in the house will allow one lucky family to grow with the house.

“The home is move-in ready; it’s not ever going to go out of date,” DPaul says.

“And if you go and buy that land and build a property to this standard in today’s money, you wouldn’t be able to do it.”
