Kudos to The Sun for spot-on portrayal of Peter Angelos – Beragampengetahuan

I would like to commend Childs Walker for his excellent article entitled “After 31 years, Angelos leaves a complicated legacy behind” on the front page of Sunday’s beragampengetahuan, Feb. 4. He gives an inside look at what a wonderful man and loyal Baltimore citizen and huge O’s family Peter Angelos’ family is!  I had the privilege of working at the owner’s suite back in the late ’90s for four years. I really appreciated the passion Mr. Angelos had for baseball and the Orioles!  He was so proud of our team and how the city would turn out for the games in those days. The suite was indeed a “hot ticket” in those days and was often filled with a who’s who in politics, sports, entertainment and such. Journalists frequently portrayed Mr. Angelos as a tyrant. I urge all true Orioles fans to look up Mr. Walker’s article and read it for yourself.  In doing so you will see a true picture of Peter Angelos.
