Rain and snow are back in Baltimore’s forecast this week.
Monday in the city will be cold and windy with a daytime high temperature around 49 degrees and a low near 33 at night with wind gusts as strong as 30 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
There is a 40% chance of rain overnight Sunday into Monday as showers are expected to stop by 5 a.m. Monday. Areas north of the city, such as Bel Air, have a slight chance of snow early Monday, but temperatures are not expected to dip below freezing.
While rain and high elevation snow showers will continue overnight, River Flood Watches and Warnings remain in effect due to the heavy rain that fell earlier today.

There is a chance of snow in Baltimore late Tuesday through Wednesday afternoon with a 20% to 30% chance of precipitation, although temperatures may stay above freezing with a low around 35 Tuesday night and an afternoon high near 44 on Wednesday. Possible light snow showers are also forecast for Baltimore, Carroll and Harford counties Wednesday before 1 p.m.
Thursday and Friday in Baltimore will be dry and warmer as the daytime high temperatures rise to around 50 degrees. Saturday temperatures will dip back into the 40s with a low temperature near 29 degrees Saturday night. Sunday will be mostly sunny with a high near 45.
