Scattered Storms Likely Ahead… Tuesday PM Forecast Update #alwx @wvua23 – Beragampengetahuan

Good Tuesday afternoon! Our local weather has been very wet across most of the area today, as a large cluster of rain and storms moved through, however, some spots south of Eutaw and Greensboro missed out on the rain. The risk of rain has pretty much ended for tonight.

Scattered storms will develop again on Wednesday, especially north of I-20. Some storms could become severe across northern Alabama, with a low end marginal risk as far south as deep south Alabama. Damaging winds will be the risks for the event. Again, not everyone will deal with rain, but plan accordingly.

Scattered storms will remain in the forecast through the weekend.

The tropics are quiet across the Atlantic basin.
