Suzuki takes the lead in record market – Best Selling Cars Blog – Beragampengetahuan

Suzuki is the best-selling carmaker in Mauritius in 2022.

New vehicle sales in Mauritius surge 28.4% year-on-year in 2022 to 12,271 units, a new all-time record volume eclipsing the previous best of 11,317 established in 2018. Suzuki (+92.4%) almost doubles its year-ago volume to snap the top spot with 19% share. Toyota (+30.1%) beats the market and stays in 2nd place while last year’s leader, Kia (-13.5%) is down to #3 with 9.7% share vs. 14.4% a year ago. Hyundai (+38.3%), Nissan (+37%), Mitsubishi (+38.7%) and BMW (+21.4%) camp on their 2021 positions below. Renault (+76%), Haval (+151%), Proton (+52.6%) and Volvo (+78.4%) impress further down.
