The lucky winner will receive a two-night midweek B&B stay in a cosy boutique bedroom in Hotel Doolin for two people plus dinner on one of the nights at Glas Restaurant. It promises to be a mouthwatering culinary exploration using the finest local produce. The seven-course 30-mile tasting menu will be created using ingredients that have been reared, caught, foraged, grown, or produced in Co.
